Section 4(1) in Establishment of New Medical College, Opening of New or Higher Course of Study or Training and Increase of Admission Capacity by a Medical College Regulations, 2019
(1)Any person intending to establish a medical college shall submit the application online in Form-1 as amended from time to time along with non-refundable application fee.
