Section 41F(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1967
(1)The Returning Officer, Assistant Returning Officer, Presiding Officers, Polling Officers and all other persons appointed in any matter connected with these rules shall work under the general guidance, superintendence and control of the Collector.
