Section 11(2) in Mizoram (Finance and Accounts Service) Rules, 1991
(2)A departmental examination for selection to Junior Grade of the service shall be held by the Commission/Board at such intervals as the Governor may, in consultation with the Commission/Board where so necessary determine from time to time.
