Section 87(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1997
(1)The Government may delegate to the Board or any officer of the Government not below the rank of Director any of the powers conferred on it by or under the Act other than the powers to make rules under section 93.
