Section 14(1) in U.P. District Planning Committee Rules, 2008
(1)If the number of candidates is equal to the number of the members to be elected, the Returning Officer shall forthwith declare such candidates to be duly elected member and cause a copy of such declaration to be affixed at his notice board.
