Section 30(a) in Prevention Of Collision On National Waterways Regulations, 2002
(a)A vessel at an anchor shall exhibit:(i)In the fore, part, an alround white light or one ball by day.(ii)At or near the stern and at a lower level than the light in (i) an alround white light.
