299. Pensioners and Reservists.
(1)Pensioners and Reservists when called up small resume their position as regards badges, and receive pay for the latter without reference to the time which may have elapsed since they last served.(2)Should any Pensioner or Reservist not have been in possession of three Good Conduct Badges when pensioned or discharged to the Reserve, his previous service, as well as Active Service as a pensioner or reservist after recall shall be allowed to reckon towards further badges.
