Section 8(2) in Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University Act, 2016
(2)The University shall ensure that the academic standards of the courses offered by the University are in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission / MCI / DCI / AICTE / INC and or other statutory bodies etc. as the case may be;
