Section 12(13) in The Central Silk Board Silkworm Seed Regulations, 2010
(13)The seed producer shall ensure that-(a)the eggs are certified as disease free(b)the weight of eggs per Disease free laying is not less than two grams(c)the hatching of incubated eggs are not less than eighty percent.
