6. Composition of the Council.
| (a) | General Council : | This is the plenary body of the Council headedby Hon'ble Chief Minister, Assam; |
| (b) | Executive Council : | This is a high-power, body under theChairmanship of Chief Secretary, Assam; |
| (c) | State Project Directorate | This is the operational body which shall beheaded by the Director of the Council. |
