52. Constitution of municipal fund.
- There shall be formed for each municipality a municipal fund, and there shall be placed to the credit thereof -(a)all sums received by, or on behalf of, the municipality under this Act or otherwise ; and(b)the balance, if any, standing at the credit of the municipal fund of the municipal area at the commencement of this Act.
