Section 8(2) in Himachal Pradesh Technical University Act, 2014
(2)The University shall exercise control over the Constituent Colleges, Off-campus Centres, Off-shore Campuses and Study Centres in respect of academic, financial and administrative matter as prescribed by the Ordinances.
