Section 26(1) in Andhra Pradesh Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Rules, 2007
(1)On receipt of a cotton seed sample for analysis, the seed analyst shall first ascertain that the mark and the seal or fastening as provided in Schedule, are intact and shall note the condition of the seals thereon.
