Section 19(1) in Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University Act, 2016
(1)The Academic Council of the University shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Vice Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman of the Academic Council;(ii)the Pro Vice Chancellor;(iii)two academicians or professionals, to be nominated by the State Government;(iv)two academicians or professionals connected with the service or training of police, military or paramilitary forces, to be nominated by the State Government;(v)the Director of Research and Development;(vi)the Directors;(vii)one Professor from each discipline of the University, by rotation, to be nominated by the Vice Chancellor.
