10. Periodic Reviews.
(1)To ensure smooth implementation of the Multi Year Tariff (MYT) Framework, the Commission may undertake periodic reviews of Licensees? performance during the Control Period, to address any practical issues, concerns or unexpected outcomes that may arise.(2)The Distribution Licensee shall submit information as part of annual review on actual performance to assess the performance vis-à-vis the targets approved by the Commission at the beginning of the Control Period. This shall include annual statements of its performance and accounts including latest available audited accounts as well as the regulatory accounts in the prescribed formats and the tariff worked out in accordance with these Regulations.(3)The Licensee shall submit the revised Aggregate Revenue Requirement and corresponding tariff adjustments 120 days before the commencement of the Financial Year.(4)The Commission may also specify any modifications to the forecast of the Distribution Licensee for the remainder of the Control Period, with detailed reasons for the same.
