In section 5 of the Delhi University Act, 1922 , in sub- section (2), after the proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-Provided further that provisions of this sub- section shall not apply in the case of any educational institution affiliated to the Indraprastha Vishwavidyalaya incorporated under the Indraprastha Vishwavidyalaya Act, 1998 (Delhi Act 9 of 1998).
