Section 228 in Nagaland Excise Rules

228. Fees for late closing licence.

(1)The fees for late closing licences granted to licensed hotels and restauranls including bar attached thereto shall be levied according to the following scales :
Up to 12 mid-night Rs. 50.00
Up to 1 a.m. Rs. 80.00
Up to 1.30 a.m. Rs. 100.00
(2)The fees prescribed above are monthly and shall be payable monthly in advance. Such fees shall be in addition to the fees payable under Rules 224 and 225.
