Section 41(1) in Tamil Nadu Hackney Carriage Act, 1911
(1)Every person who willfully tears, destroys, defaces, obliterates, or removes any plate, list of fares, table of distances, or driver's badge kept under the provisions of this Act, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty rupees.
