Section 21(2) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(2)The University shall make provisions for reservation of non-teaching, non-administrative posts of the University inside the State of Manipur for persons domiciled in the State of Manipur to the extent of at least fifty percent of the total number of non-teaching/non-administrative employees of the University inside the State of Manipur.
