Section 1 in Bengal Chemical And Pharmaceutical Works Limited (Acquisition And Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980

1. Short title and Commencement.-

This Act may be called the Bengal Chemical and Pharmaceutical Works Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act 1980.

(2)It shall come into force such date as the Central Government may, by notification, appoint.
