Section 5(2) in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
(2)The Pro-Chancellor shall be responsible for the distribution of the aforesaid powers and functions of the University amongst the officers, councils committees, boards and other authorities of the University in accordance with the provisions of this Act for carrying out the objectives of the University.
