Section 13(5) in Jammu and Kashmir Accountability Commission Regulations, 2005

(5)The conditions of service of a person on the staff of the Commission shall be governed by the J&K Civil Services Regulations, J&K Civil Services Classification and Control (Appeal) Rules, 1956 and the orders of the Commission issued from time to time m respect of Government servants holding corresponding appointments.Annexure 'A'
