Section 8(3)(a) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010

(a)An employee directly appointed in Group `B' or Group `C' shall be on probation for a period of one year which may be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding six months;
