Section 8(3) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010
(3)(a)An employee directly appointed in Group `B' or Group `C' shall be on probation for a period of one year which may be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding six months;(b)An employee in Group 'C' promoted to a post in Group 'B' shall be on probation for a period of six months, which may be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding three months.
