Section 33(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(1)Each paper setting panel in a subject shall comprise of one Chairman of the Paper-Setters' Panel (CPSP), three to five paper-setters and three to five translators appointed to translate the papers set (wherever applicable).
