Section 9(3)(iii) in The Orissa Forest Rest House Occupation Rules, 1983

(iii)for keeping the non-official's or prospective occupant's belongings in the Forest Rest House in the absence of the owner (Rent at the half the above rates will be charged). This does not apply to the class of occupiers noted in Rules 3, 4 and 7 (2).
