Section 1 in The M.P. Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) Act, 1958
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be cited as the Madhya Pradesh Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply or Purchase) Act, 1958.(2)It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.(3)It shall [come into force on such date] [W.e.f. 1-7-1959 vide Notification No. 2712-1381-XIV, dated 23-6-1959.] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
