Section 36(1) in Jharkhand Building Byelaws 2016

(1)The minimum setbacks and height of buildings permissible in a given size/plot for residential in non high rising category shall be as per Table 8 and 9. The minimum setback for commercial and mercantile buildings shall be as per Table 10 and II.Table - 8: Minimum Front and Rear setbacks and height of residential buildings
