26. Composition and functions of the Faculties.
(1)There shall be such faculties in the University as may be prescribed by the Statutes.(2)Each faculty shall consist of the following: -(a)Dean of the Faculty - Chairman;(b)University professors of the subjects assigned to the Faculty;(c)Chairmen of the Boards of Studies in the Faculty; and(d)two external experts nominated by the Academic Council.(3)The Faculty shall perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
