25. Delegation of Board's power to sanction contracts.
(1)Subject to any Rules that may be made in that behalf, the Board may, by order delegate any of its powers under Section 24 to the Managing Director or to any other officer of the Board.(2)The exercise of any powers delegated under this Section shall be subject to such restrictions, limitations and conditions and to such control by the Board as may be specified in the order.
