Section 68(1) in The Punjab Municipal Corporation Act, 1976
(1)Minutes of the proceedings of each meeting of the Corporation shall be circulated to all the members of the Corporation and shall at all reasonable times be available at the Corporation office for inspection by any other person on payment of a fee prescribed by regulations.
