68. Circulation of minutes and inspection of minutes and reports of proceedings
(1)Minutes of the proceedings of each meeting of the Corporation shall be circulated to all the members of the Corporation and shall at all reasonable times be available at the Corporation office for inspection by any other person on payment of a fee prescribed by regulations.(2)Full reports, if any, of such proceedings shall similarly be available for inspection by any member of the Corporation without charge and by any other person, on payment of a fee prescribed by regulations.
