Section 21(1) in The Aircraft (Security) Rules, 2011
(1)Before embarkation, every originating passenger and transfer passenger boarding an Aircraft and his hand baggage, if any, shall be screened by an officer of the Aviation Security Group or an officer duly authorised in this behalf by the Commissioner.
