58A. Manner of appeals.
(1)An appeal under Rule 41, shall be preferred in duplicate, in the form of a memorandum, setting forth concisely the grounds of objection to the order against which the appeal is preferred; and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of that order and a fee prescribed under Rule 44.(2)Any person preferring an appeal shall be entitled to obtain a copy of any document filed with the registering authority and connected with the order against which he is preferring the appeal, on payment of a fee prescribed under Rule 44.(3)The Appellate Authority may give any person interested in the appeal a copy of any document connected with the appeal, on payment of a fee prescribed under Rule 44.
