37. The Chairperson and the members or employees of the Authority to be public servants.
- The Chairperson, the ex-officio members and the employees of the Authority shall, when acting or purporting to Act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act XLV of 1860).
