Section 48(1) in Bihar State Universities (Patna, University of Bihar, Bhagalpur and Ranchi) Act, 1960
(1)Every affiliated college shall furnish such reports, returns and other information as the Syndicate, after consulting the Academic Council, may require to enable it to judge of the efficiency of the college.
