3. Terms and conditions of service of the Custodian, Assistant Custodians and other officers.
(1)The Custodian, the Assistant Custodians and all other officer appointed to assist the Custodian or the Assistant Custodians for the purposes of the Act shall subject to any special contract to the contrary, be governed by the Central Civil Services Rules applicable to the appropriate class or grade of officers to which the Custodian or an Assistant Custodian or any other officer belongs.(2)If any question arises as to the class or grade of officers to which the Custodian or an Assistant Custodian or any other officer belongs, the decision of the Central Government thereon shall be final.
