Section 141(1) in The Orissa Registration Rules, 1988
(1)When a memorandum or copy of a document is sent under Sec; 64, 65 and 66'from one office to another, it shall be accompanied by a receipt in Form No. 50 in Appendix I......... which shall immediately on receipt, be signed and returned by the receiving officer.
