Section 12(1) in The Haryana Panchayati Raj Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order, 2014
(1)List of validly nominated candidates shall be prepared by the Returning Officer alphabetically in Hindi in Devnagari script as per the following Order:-(a)name of the candidates set up by the recognised political party;(b)name of candidates set up by the registered but un-recognised political party; and(c)names of independent candidates.
