Section 26(d) in Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions (Recognition, Grant-In-Aid and Service Conditions Etc.) Rules, 1993
(d)The selection committee shall consist of the following :-(i)Two representatives of the Managing Committee.(ii)Head of the concerned institution.(iii)One officer nominated by the Director of Education.
