Section 33(b) in The Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets (Election to Market Committees), Rules 1961
(b)when the result has been declared the Returning Officer shall forward the [name of the candidate] [Added vide Notification No. GSR 264/PA/23/61/S.43/Amd (6)/66 dated 11.10.66.] declared to have been elected to the State Government for notifying the same in the Official Gazette with a copy to the Deputy Commissioner and the Board.
