Section 23(3) in Life Insurance Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations, 1960
(3)Nothing in this regulation shall apply to(a)evidence given at an inquiry before an authority appointed by the Government, by Parliament or by a State Legislature or Corporation: or(b)evidence given in any judicial inquiry; or(c)evidence given at any departmental inquiry ordered by the Corporation or by any authority subordinate to it or by the Government.
