Section 9(2) in The Azadpur Agricultural Produce Market Committee Bye-Laws, 1980
(2)Recorded proceedings of the meeting shall be read out in the next meeting of the Committee as the frist item on the Agenda and the members who were present in the former meeting shall have the right to question the correctness of the recorded proceedings, which shall be corrected with such modifications as may be decided upon to bring those in conformity with facts. In case of any dispue about the correctness of the proceedings, the matter shall be decided in accordance ,with the majority of the votes of the members who had attended the former meeting and the present.
