Section 14 in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Members (Travelling & Daily Allowances) Rules, 1964
14. Controlling Officer.
(1)The Secretary of the Assembly shall be the Controlling Officer in respect of travelling allowance and daily allowance claims of members.(2)In the absence of the Secretary or when his occupied otherwise the Deputy Secretary or the Assistant Secretary of the Assembly shall perform this duty.
