Section 120 in The Himachal Pradesh Police Act, 2007
120. Refusal to surrender certificate etc. on ceasing to be a Police Officer.
- Whoever, having ceased to be a Police Officer, does not forthwith and in any case not later than 7 days, surrender his certificate of appointment, clothing, accoutrements and other items supplied for the discharge of his duties, shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees.
