55. Duties of a Teacher.
(1)Every teacher of the University or any recognized institution shall carry out the work relating to teaching, research, examination or academic work assigned to them by the University from time to time.(2)For the purpose of sub-section (1) both the teaching and non-teaching employees in the services of the University and also in the colleges affiliated to the University shall be administratively controlled by the University and shall abide by the instructions or orders issued by the University from time to time.
