7. Officers and other employees of the Commissioners.
(1)The Commissioners may appoint such officers and other employees as they consider necessary for the efficient performance of their functions under this Act:Provided that no post carrying a monthly salary of rupees one thousand or more shall be created or abolished without the prior approval of the State Government.(2)The terms and conditions of service of the officers and other employees of the Commissioners including their scales of pay shall be such as may be prescribed.
