25. Licensing Authority.
(1)The Licensing Authority for Conductor's Licence shall he the Regional Transport Officer or the Additional Regional Transport Officer or Assistant Regional Transport Officer.(2)The area of jurisdiction of each Licensing Authority shall be the region or such other area as the State Government may notify from time to time.
