Section 70(4) in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011

(4)Non-compliance of the provisions of sub-rule (2) by any Co-operative mentioned in the table (B) shall make it liable to a penalty of rupees two hundred.[ xxx ] [[Proviso omitted by Serial No. (15) of the Notification No. 3857-Co-op./H/2R-09/2012, dated 26th December, 2012, w.e.f. 1.2.2013, earlier which was as follows :Provided that notwithstanding anything contained in these rules there shall be no compulsion on contribution to any fund otherwise those required for improving the net worth/own funds of societies under Co-operative Credit structure Entity as per sub-section (9) of section 134C.]]Table AFees to be paid for membership of the State Co-operative Union
