Section 105(2) in The Orissa Registration Rules, 1988
(2)Indian names shall be indexed according to their first letters as they stand in the document, except that appellation such as Sayed, Sheikh, etc. if appearing at the beginning of the name, shall be shown in the index at the end of the name and shall transliterated in the same form as that in which they are written in the documents.
